Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
The shipment processing time is explained below:
  1. If the item is in stock and no pre-configuration/personalization is needed (to suit your project’s needs), the item will ship in 2 to 3 business days.
  2. If the item is in stock and pre-configuration/personalization is needed (to suit your project’s needs), customers will be notified of the estimated delivery date.
  3. If one or more of the items ordered is not in stock, Milanity will offer the following options:
    • We will ship the items that are in stock and ship the backordered (not in stock) items after they arrive (in which case we will provide you the estimated lead time).
    • Wait for all the ordered items to become available and then ship the order complete.
    • Ship the items that are in stock and cancel the items that are not in stock from the order.
    • Cancel the entire order if the lead time for the unavailable items to become available is not acceptable.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
The shipping rates and delivery estimates are explained below:
  1. The shipping rates and delivery duration depend on the items ordered. The shipping rates for the items to be shipped for each order will be quoted when the order is placed.
  2. The rates and delivery times will depend on the speed of delivery desired.
  3. Customers will be expected to pay shipping costs unless otherwise indicated (that Milanity is able to offer free shipping for the order).
  4. Customers can choose to use their own courier or forwarding company to pick up orders subject to making prior arrangements with Milanity’s Logistics Department.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
  • Customers will receive tracking information for the order by email after the order is shipped.

Customs Duties and Taxes
  • The customer is entirely responsible for the payment of all customs duties and taxes.

Lost or Damaged Items and Insurance
  • Customers can choose to insure their shipments when placing orders. Milanity will not be liable if any item(s) are lost or damaged during transit or delivery.
